About

Grounded counsel for people entering German IT employment

Infraautomation began in München as a practice dedicated to one audience: IT specialists who need employment consulting in Germany that respects local hiring culture.

Origin

Our founders spent years on both sides of German technical hiring — as engineers interviewing candidates and as advisors helping international specialists decode Lebenslauf expectations, notice periods, and offer letters. Infraautomation exists because that knowledge was scattered across forums and recruiter tips that rarely matched how mid-size German employers actually decide.

How we work

We favour long conversations over templates. Every engagement starts with your constraints: city, visa path, family timeline, and the kind of engineering culture you want. We write concrete materials, rehearse real interview scenarios, and stay available while applications move — without pretending we can guarantee a hire.
