Refunds and cancellations

This policy covers fees for consulting engagements — partnerships, packages, coaching blocks, and orientation sessions.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how much work has already begun and whether a session was cancelled in time. We do not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

Full refunds

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing before we begin document work or hold the first paid session, and within seven days of payment for engagements that have not started.

Partial refunds

If a multi-week partnership is cancelled after kickoff materials are underway but before the midpoint invoice is due, we may refund the unused portion after deducting work already completed (typically the kickoff assessment and first document drafts). Completed coaching sessions within a block are non-refundable; unused prepaid sessions may be refunded or rescheduled.

Non-refundable items

  • Completed one-on-one sessions (interview coaching or relocation orientation already delivered)
  • Finalised document packages once the revision cycle is finished and files delivered
  • Administrative card or bank fees charged by payment providers, where applicable

Timeframe to request

Refund requests should be emailed to info@infraautomation.digital within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request (cancellation, missed delivery commitment, or billing error).

Process

  1. Email info@infraautomation.digital with your name, invoice reference, and reason.
  2. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, count as delivered sessions for coaching and orientation bookings.

Deposits

Partnership deposits secure your start date and are applied to the engagement fee. Deposits become non-refundable once kickoff work begins, except where we cancel the engagement ourselves.

Work already started

Drafts, research lists, and recorded feedback created before cancellation remain billable. You retain copies of materials already shared with you; unused future weeks are the portion considered for partial refund.

Exceptions

If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side (illness without available substitute, or inability to deliver the agreed scope), you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.
