Services described
Content on this site describes employment consulting in Germany — job search support for IT specialists seeking German employment. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing (email confirmation or signed proposal) to scope and fees.
No guarantee of employment
We provide consulting, document preparation, coaching, and orientation. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, visa approvals, or employment outcomes. Placement agency activity is outside our scope.
Intellectual property
Website text, visual design, and original materials we prepare for marketing remain our property. Documents created specifically for a client under a paid engagement may be used by that client for their job search. You may not republish our site content for commercial training products without permission.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for communications you send to employers, and for decisions you make about offers, resignations, and relocation. You must not ask us to misrepresent your experience.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under German law, Infraautomation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from consulting advice, including lost offers or delayed visas. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in München shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
