Who this is for

IT specialists who want German employment and are ready for a disciplined search: developers, DevOps engineers, data practitioners, architects, and related technical roles. You may already live in Germany on a temporary basis, or you may be planning a move and need a sponsored permanent role.

What is not included

We do not file visa applications, provide licensed legal advice, or negotiate on your behalf with employers. We prepare you to act clearly and independently at each step.

How the partnership runs

  1. Intake (week 1) — goals, constraints, target cities, salary floor, and relocation timeline.
  2. Materials (weeks 1–2) — documents rewritten for German IT hiring desks.
  3. Active search (weeks 2–10) — targeted applications, outreach, and interview cycles.
  4. Decision support (as offers arrive) — side-by-side comparison and relocation readiness notes.

Sessions are typically weekly video calls of 45–60 minutes, with written feedback between meetings. Clients near München may schedule in-person working sessions by arrangement.

Preparation

Bring recent CVs, a list of target employers or cities, visa or residence status if known, and examples of work you can discuss in interviews (public portfolios or anonymised project summaries).

Pricing basis
